To NicoCares by Totality, which runs the eligibility check; to the physician who reviews you; to the pharmacy that fills a prescription written for you; and, once you have an account, to your care team through secure messaging on Spruce Health. Your delivery address may be checked with Google to confirm it can receive deliveries. We do not sell your answers or use them for advertising. The privacy policy sets out each step.
You can stop at any point, and your answers are not submitted for your eligibility check until you finish, though the address you type is looked up to suggest matches. If you are signed in, your answers so far are also saved to your account as you go, so you can continue on another device; they are erased when your check is received, 7 days after they were last saved, or when your account is closed. If the program may suit you, you then choose a plan and add your payment details at secure checkout, and you are charged only if your clinician's decision is positive and your treatment ships. An active plan is required before your answers are reviewed and a physician is assigned. After you subscribe, you complete the medical intake, which is required before a clinician reviews you, and upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID, which is required before anything can be prescribed. Choosing a plan does not mean you will be prescribed anything.
