Why the platform model
Weight care is fragmented by default. The physician is in one place, the pharmacy in another, and the patient is left holding the coordination. People give up in the gaps, not because the care does not work.
NicoCares is the layer between those pieces. We connect you with a licensed physician in your state. We carry the prescription to a state-licensed pharmacy and arrange delivery. Your physician stays reachable afterwards. Each party does the job it is licensed to do. The platform coordinates and never prescribes.
We also decided what not to sell. There is no upsell tier and no consultation fee bolted on later. You add your payment details when you choose a plan, before a physician reviews you, and you are charged only if your clinician's decision is positive and your treatment ships; choosing a plan never means you will be prescribed anything. One subscription, stated up front.
We are paid by subscription, and only by subscription. NicoCares takes no commission on what a physician prescribes. We do not earn more when a plan costs more. That matters, because a platform paid per prescription has an interest in every review ending the same way. Ours does not.
The physicians are independent and licensed in the state where you live. The pharmacies are state-licensed and dispense only against a prescription written for you. Our job is the connective tissue between them. We would rather be judged on how well that handoff works than on how much of it we own.
