Physician-guided weight care

Four steps, and a real physician at every one.

NicoCares coordinates the whole path in one subscription. You answer some questions, choose a plan, complete a medical intake with a photo of a valid government-issued ID, and a licensed physician in your state reviews it all before anything is prescribed.

From first question to ongoing care

Step 1
Tell us about your health
An online questionnaire covering your health history, current medications, and what you want from care. It takes about five minutes, and you can stop partway through.
Step 2
Choose a plan
If the program may suit you, you choose a plan and add your payment details at secure checkout, and you are charged only if your clinician's decision is positive and your treatment ships. Each plan states what it includes and what it costs before you pay. An active plan is required before your answers are reviewed and a physician is assigned.
Step 3
Medical intake, then physician review
After you subscribe, you complete the medical intake and upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID. A physician licensed in your state reviews everything, may ask follow-up questions, and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If you are not a good candidate, they tell you plainly, and your plan is not charged.
Step 4
Delivery, then ongoing support
If treatment is appropriate, your physician writes a plan in plain language and a state-licensed pharmacy prepares and ships your prescription to your door. Your physician stays available for dose adjustments, side effects, and check-ins for as long as your subscription runs.

Questions about your health, not your willpower

We ask about your medical history, whether you have taken weight medication before, and what you are aiming for. The questions exist so a physician can make a clinical decision, not to score you.

Who decides

A physician prescribes; the platform never does

NicoCares is the layer that connects you with a licensed physician in your state and coordinates what follows. The clinical decision belongs to that physician. The platform does not prescribe, override, or second-guess it.

Treatment formats

Injection or tablet, when either is appropriate

Depending on your review, a physician may prescribe a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide formulation. It comes as a weekly injection or a sublingual tablet. Your physician explains the trade-offs and you decide together which fits your life.

Prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy

When a prescription is written, a state-licensed pharmacy partner prepares it and ships it to you. You do not coordinate between the physician and the pharmacy; that handoff is the platform's job.
Questions

Questions people ask first

Is NicoCares a medical service?
NicoCares is a platform. It connects you with a physician licensed in your state, carries the prescription to a state-licensed pharmacy, and arranges delivery. The clinical decision belongs to that physician. We coordinate care and never prescribe.
Who is it for?
Adults who want medically guided weight care without assembling it themselves. Care is built around your own health profile and goals, and success is measured in energy, comfort and mobility rather than in a number on a scale.
How does the intake work?
You answer about five minutes of questions covering your state, your health history, your current medications and what you want from care. Nothing is submitted until you finish. If the program may suit you, you choose a plan: an active plan is required before your answers are reviewed and a physician licensed in your state is assigned. After you subscribe, you complete the medical intake and upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID, and the physician then decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Can I choose my physician?
Yes. Browse the directory and pick someone licensed in your state, or let the eligibility check match you. Either way the physician who writes your plan is the one who stays reachable afterwards.
Do you work with my local pharmacy?
Prescriptions are prepared and shipped by a state-licensed pharmacy partner. You do not coordinate between the physician and the pharmacy; that handoff is the platform's job.
Is it available where I live?
Care is delivered by physicians licensed in your own state, so availability depends on where you live. The eligibility check asks for your state first and tells you straight away if we are not open there yet.

See whether this fits you.
